​Human Resource Business Partner

Our client is start up biotech company seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in Belgium. The HRBP provides professional human resources generalist services to this fast-growing business. Leading all HR functions within the EU region the individual will work closely with the management team to implement practices, policies and procedures and be the primary contact for HR related matters for EU region.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives and partner with management leaders to develop the organization in Europe.

• Oversee the full employment cycle, including on-boarding, training, performance management, compensation, payroll & benefits, talent development & succession planning.

• Knowledge around the legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Establish HR policies for European region.

• Consult and support business leaders in the development and implementation of strategies.

• Work with L&D team to identify training needs. Provide guidance on workforce planning and succession planning.

• As part of the HR leadership team, participate in companywide HR initiatives.

Candidates will be required to have a degree and around eight years’ experience in a Generalist /HRBP/Director role. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are essential with sound written and verbal skills in English and Dutch.
