Senior Clinical Scientist - PK/PD

I am partnered with a clinical stage biotech with exciting first-in-class programs within oncology.

We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacology professional to support the clinical development team offering great freedom and exposure to senior management (reporting directly to the chief medical officer).

As a (Senior) Clinical Scientist you have a “bench-to-bedside” mentality being involved pre-clinical research and in the design/execution of clinical programs.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for regulatory, PK/ADA and other contributors (internal and external)
• Support in the development of clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, preclinical/clinical PK reports, lab manuals, investigator brochures and briefing packages
• Support submissions including INDs and CTAs to regulatory agencies such as EMA and FDA
• Support PD scientist in clinical drug candidate and biomarker development
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare summaries supporting development decisions
• Support development of product concepts, TPPs and clinical development plans

Your Background:

• PhD or MD
• Experience within clinical research
• Experience within clinical pharmacology
• Experience within PK/PD and biomarker development
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Oncology experience is beneficial
