Patient Centred Outcomes Lead - EMEA

I am currently partnered with a large and rapidly growing recognised research organisation providing health care consulting and research expertise to optimise decision making for pharma, biotech and medical device products.They have a presence in more than 40 countries and are in the process of expanding their team worldwide. 

They are committed to developing a diverse working culture where candidates can grow and develop within the company. 

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a research based position whilst working with key pharmaceutical clients. You will be reporting to the Head of COA Europe and contribute to the yearly revenue and profit targets globally. You will manage a team of COA Analysts, providing support, mentoring and guidance driving a number of Research projects across theh globe. 

Typical project work;

• Conducting qualitative interviews with patients
• Leading a team of Analysts 
• Conducting Hands on Research 
• Assessing business Development Opportunities 
• Developing and adapting COA instruments for completion by patients
• collecting of patient - reported survey data

Qualifications;

PHARMACEUTICAL AND LIFESCIENCE EXPERIENCE

• Writing Proposals and published reports
• Clinical Outcomes Assesments
• 6 years in PCO Consulting 
• Line Management Experience 
• Post Graduate degree
• Conducting high quality scientific projects
• Research design
• Preparing study reports
• Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong presentation and communication skills
