At Covance by Labcorp in Mechelen we are looking for an additionalQuality Assurance Associate to join our global Quality team.
Job responsibilities as a Quality Assurance Associate include:
- Conduct effective Root Cause Analysis and train others
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and complaints
- Identify and escalate ideas for improvement within the Quality Management Systems team
- Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance responsiblities, as indicated in the applicable controlled documents, are followed
- Continue developing skills in trend analysis on data to identify areas for improvement and share with management to improve related business processes
- Interact with clients to introduce program, receive feedback

- Minimum a Bachelor in Science/Arts
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated environment in a similar position
- Knowledge of database and data analytics applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Skilled in concise writing and leading Root Cause Analysis
- Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma GB or BB Certification is a big advantage
- Good know-how of MS Office
- Ability to train one/one and large groups
- Skilled in prioritising tasks, multitasking and conflict management
- Creative and flexible problem solving and decision making skills
- Autonomous worker with effective communication skills for internal (management, senior scientists, support teams) and external (client interfacing) communication
- Skilled in presentations and leading meetings
- Fluency in English is required
