This position is responsible for assisting with internal communications and marketing plans to support brand initiatives that help position Advanced Clinical as a leader in the mid-market, including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound campaigns, conferences, events, design support and tactics to impact business growth through brand awareness, lead generation, and sales support.

  • Support multi-channel marketing and public relations programs that will strengthen Advanced Clinical's position within the mid-market to biopharma and pharma talent and clients (external marketing campaigns, awards submissions, press releases, events, etc.)
  • Take lead on the layout of presentations in PowerPoint for Marketing, Operational and Business Development needs (capabilities decks, bid defense presentations, business cards, business presentations for events and webinars, letter head, Sales proposals, social media banners, etc.) This role will help ensure our Sales and Business Operations teams are well supported and will need to be able to turn around a presentation with short turnaround times, as needed.
  • Assist with creation of sales support collateral (i.e., case studies, fact sheets, capabilities decks)
  • Assist with internal/external communication and execution events and tradeshows
  • Assist with marketing analytics reports using Google Analytics and Hubspot
  • Assist with market trends and competitive intelligence analyses as needed
  • Perform marketing administrative duties such as ordering supplies, holiday cards, quarterly swag, etc.)
  • Support with execution of select digital marketing tactics for Advanced Clinical including social media (organic), email, liaising with advertising vendors, assisting with minor website updates in WordPress, etc.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Marketing team to appropriately support Advanced Clinical's business needs


  • BA or BS degree in a Marketing or related field is required; experience working in a global CRO or life sciences Staffing company preferred
  • 1+ years professional B2B marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation support) and Excel are required
  • Experience with design using templates (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign) preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Understanding of CRMs like Hubspot and eRecruit (or related CRM platform) preferred
  • Experience with metrics reporting (Google Analytics, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with WordPress preferred
  • Must have an energetic and positive demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have exceptional time management and project management skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
