Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Contact Centre Associate to join our Enrolment Services department.

You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of healthy volunteers, patients, and any specialist populations, in accordance with ethical guidelines and restrictions involved in Clinical Research.

You will manages the recruitment of healthy volunteers and patients for studies undertaken in the Clinical Pharmacology Unit at Simbec-Orion and act as one of the main points of contact for new and existing volunteers.

Minimum Requirements:

Essential:
  • Educated to GCSE level or overseas equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to keep functioning effectively and respond constructively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage any changes to priorities/deadlines
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment/independently as required.
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS-Office products such as Excel, Word, and Teams.

Desirable:
  • Educated to A-Level or Equivalent (BTEC/ HND/NVQ) or overseas equivalent
  • Previous experience in running social media campaigns such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Understanding of the General Data Protection legislation when handling personal information
  • Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures
