Our client is a small UK company, focused on selling respiratory medical device consumables to the NHS across England, Scotland and Wales. Their product range includes Non-invasive masks, circuits, CPAP kits and CPAP hoods.
Their team is dedicated to becoming one of the leading respiratory consumable distributors to the NHS. They are committed to sourcing innovative products that can make a real difference to patients and clinicians.
The ongoing pandemic has brought significant growth and opportunities to them which they aim to maximise over the coming 6-12 months.
For this exciting new role, they are looking for a motivated, self-disciplined and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their young and dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the current sales team, helping them grow revenue whilst contributing directly yourself through your own customer interactions.
As such, the position can be best described as a 'player-manager' role in which the role will be split equally across management of the sales team and managing your own sales cycles. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve annual company targets. The chosen candidate will be comfortable travelling and working from their London office.
You will have experience leading a goal-orientated team, providing support to more junior staff and ensuring the team achieves overall company goals. You will be disciplined, process driven but also creative and hard working.
A suitable candidate will be expected to have an experience in medical sales, with managerial experience preferred. Knowledge of Respiratory is also preferred as there will be a steep learning curve in order to understand our innovative portfolio.
