special recognition at the Vaccine Industry Excellent Awards

Our rapid global expansion means that the pace of work here at PRA is often fast and our people are challenged daily to maintain the highest standards of best practice. Nowhere is this more so than as a Manager of Clinical Operations you will collaborate with Project Teams to ensure that your team of CRA’s and IHCRA’s are able to deliver demanding clinical trials on time and on budget.

Your role will also focus on managing the resources within the team innovatively and effectively, selection of team members, providing training and development opportunities to the team, performing accompanied visits, handling quality issues and supporting the delivery of the overall KPI’s. Developing your team is also key along with pro-actively promoting communication and the sharing of ideas across the department.

For this position we are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager and are also open to applicants who have a clinical project management experience, solid mentoring and training experience, and would like to progress into line management as the next step in their career.

You will have undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) in life sciences or health-related field from an accredited institution in addition to experience within a CRO or Pharmaceutical clinical operations team. Clinical trials development experience is required as is a thorough knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug research and development.

We are seeking a candidate who is flexible to work from the PRA Paris offices on a weekly basis to support with team meetings and interviewing, plus be flexible to travel for accompanied CRA visits across France.

Your health, your family, your career, your money — the things that matter to you, matter to us. The benefits of PRA just get better and better.

PRA Health Sciences is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome and encourage diversity in the workplace.
