Lead CRA - Germany

I am looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to take on a Lead CRA position in Germany. You will join a collaborative and rewarding environment with a real opportunity for progression.  

As a Lead you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will perform and supervise study start-up, clinical monitoring, and site management activities. Other responsibilities include:

• Review monitoring visit reports for all visit types
• Supervise and support CRA’s in their activities
• Supervise study activities, timelines, and schedules on a country/regional level
• Coordinate start-up processes
• Act as the main communication line between CRA and Project Manager
• Conduct site audit preparation visits, resolve or support resolution of site audit findings
• Preparation and delivering of presentations at Investigator’s Meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years independent on-site monitoring experience in Germany
• Must have Lead CRA experience of at least 6 months
• Full working proficiency in English and German
• Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
