Compass Life Sciences are working in partnership with a unique Global CRO who specialise in Oncology, Rare Diseases and Cell and Gene therapies, supporting in their search for an experienced Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA).  
  
In this role the CTA will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical development teams and maintain clinical documentation on a range of studies. You will ensure that all trial administration is preformed in line with ICH-GCP standards allowing successful delivery of projects and ensure the production of reliable clinical trial data.  
  
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; 
 
Support clinical trial activities in accordance with SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines
Set up and maintain documentation folders and TMF and ensure the TMF index is kept up to date
Coordinate and collect essential documents during site set up
Assist project managers in production of study reports and updates as required
Track and investigate site payments
Set up trial specific meetings, taking minutes and tracking screening and enrolments across clinical sites
Manage clinical trial supplies for studies including the tracking and shipment of materials
Assist the project team with preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation including: Investigator Site File, Pharmacy File, Investigator Brochure, Protocol and study manuals.
Serve as office based point of contact for all sites during trials
 
Requirements 
 
Background of working in clinical research in either a Pharma, CRO or NHS environment
Degree or equivalent experience in relevant Life Sciences field
Strong working understanding of ICH-GCP regulations
Knowledge of clinical trial process and procedures
Hands on ability to maintain Trial Master Files and Investigator Site Files in compliance with ICH-GCP, ideally in DIA reference Model
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Strong technical skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and excellent communication skills
