Rejoignez une CDMO innovante et en pleine expansion dans la région toulousaine. Une opportunité d'être l'un des acteurs du développement de cette structure. En effet, vous êtes en charge de la conduite opérationnel du site de Bio-production.

Vous avez une bonne expérience en bio-production dans un environnement cGMP (en thérapie cellulaire ou génique). Vous avez une première expérience de management. La personne devra faire preuve d'adaptabilité à un environnement de start-up, de capacité à poursuivre l'installation d'une culture cGMP, et de superviser des opérations robustes et performantes.

Dans ses fonctions, le responsable de production devra notamment :

  • gestion de la production de cellules humaines,
  • Gestion du parc d'équipements installés dans le périmètre de production,
  • Ordonnancement des taches et coordination,
  • Management d'équipe,
  • Membre du comité opérationnel et SO&P

    • Profil :

  • Ingénieur avec 7-10 ans d'expérience en bio production
  • Bonne maîtrise du référentiel cGMP
  • Bonne connaissance en thérapie cellulaire ou thérapie génique
  • Expérience dans le management 4 ans mininum
