A global medical communication agency, providing comprehensive and innovative medical communication solutions is seeking a Scientific Database Coordinator to join their team in Cheshire.

The Scientific Database Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the client teams by creating, managing and coordinating data. You will be utilising Datavision and Zinc; publications planning and reporting tools to enable efficient record keeping of all data involved in projects, to help the client service team to deliver in accordance to client requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilise management tools such as Datavision and Zinc to generate and send documents for internal and external review
  • Keep accurate and updated records of databases to help with efficient delivery of projects by monitoring deadlines and updating client services team
  • Ensure documentation from colleagues is organised and submitted in a timely manner and to check if auditory standards have been followed and understood
  • Maintain and organise medical journals and congress spreadsheets for record and discussion
  • Keep account teams updated on Datavision and Zinc updated to ensure continuity
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Datavision work experience
  • Well organised and able to work in a methodical way
  • Meticulous with data, formatting and editing
  • Able to work autonomously and be a team player
  • Experience with; Veeva Vault PromoMats, Pubstrata
  • Able to process and edit volumes of data daily
  • Working knowledge of publication related requirements, compliance and governance
  • Medical publications experience is advantageous
  • Some knowledge of GDPR
  • Life Science degree
