Account Manager required for this exciting new product launch within the medical devices industry in the Benelux region.
Our client has created a brand new team for the delivery of this product to market. You will be reporting into the Sales lead and working alongside a therapy specialist for the completion of sales cycles.
Role Responsibilities
- Build new product launch momentum and drive implementation projects
- Presenting the clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector
- Educate Healthcare professionals to ensure take up of products to optimize patient outcomes
- Drive the tender management process
- Ability to manage complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit
- Navigate the Capital Sales Process with all stakeholders
- Create and review the business plans for the territory
- Grow existing business base
- Negotiate pricing
- Analyse sales and market data to ensure a focused and results driven approach
- Identifying opportunities and pipeline into the forecast
- Drive a culture of collaboration, support and sharing best practice with the local and national teams
- Using CRM system to aid planning, sequential selling and territory analyses
Must have Experience
- Successful experience in Medical Devices, both in Sales, National Accounts and Bids procedures and requirements
- Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring
- Fluent in French with good knowledge of Flemish and English
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of hospital dynamics and the capital funding processes
