Job Reponsilbiities

Uxbridge based - with 2.5 days WFH a week

Syneos Health are currently seeking a Clinical Trials Manager to be outsourced to a rapidly growing and highly regarded Pharmaceutical establishment. This opportunity will be a 50/50 split between home working and office based in Uxbridge. This role can also be based out of Belgium.

As a Clinical Trials Manager you will serves as the clinical functional lead, accountable for the clinical monitoring/site management delivery of assigned tasks and project(s) as per scope. The CTM may provide oversight and coordination of CTM working across regions and/or countries to ensure clinical project and site deliverables are met. The position provides leadership, mentoring, and technical support to the Clinical Operations team to ensure quality deliverables and achievement of milestones and financial goals.

Skills and attributes:
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience:
  • Must have a BA/BS in the life sciences, or equivalent combination of education
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Operations Lead or CTM
  • Full study management experience across several countries and regions
  • Budgeting/forecasting as well as submission
  • Country level leadership experience
  • For more experienced clinical trial managers, you will demonstrate study oversight and management across multiple countries
