Purpose: This role is to develop and manage the digital portfolio of products including current legacy brands and upcoming launches
Location: Flexible (other roles available within Nordics/Scandanavia, Germany, Switzerland)
Our client has grown immensely over the last 2 years, both in their portfolio and their workforce. With new offices to the West of London, the company has a strong pipeline in various therapeutic areas with a number of product launches in 2021/22.
This role would expect the incoming candidate to bring fresh ideas of digital engagement and ideally, experience supporting product launch teams from a digital perspective. Those previously supporting launches with multi-channel marketing and a general omni-channel approach, with at least 5 years experience would suit.
Accountabilities / Measures:
> Responsible for the digital product portfolio and agile marketing activities within the UK business unit
> Lead the process of target definition: Identification of potential HCP targets, characterisation of HCP personas, and their prioritisation.
> Design, provide and champion a portfolio of scalable digital solutions and campaigns for use with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in line with brand strategy.
> Guide the team in the identification of the messages most suited to the targets, and the channels and tactics to deliver them. Collaborate with the Content creator to draft and finalize messaging in house.
> Oversee the portfolio management processes in order to facilitate oversight and governance of the portfolio.
> Steering of the SBU digital solution portfolio based on agreed upon metrics and provide transparency on the portfolio performance. Define and review the KPIs to monitor performance across digital portfolio.
> Act as a product owner yourself or as a sparring partner for product owners with broad methodical expertise, e.g. open innovation, business model innovation and/or (service) design thinking.
Essential experience required:
Significant experience of executing a digital portfolio by successfully implementing and scaling digital solutions/deploying digital content.
Experience in a start-up, digital (management) consultancy, tech company and/or a digital pharma unit.
Profound digital (health) knowledge and expertise: new work, open innovation, digital business ecosystems, business model innovation etc.
Project management experience.
Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths.
High level of commitment, collaboration and an integrative personality.
Excellent language proficiency in English (at least C1).
Scrum or Kanban experience.
International work experience.
