Quantitative Research Manager

My client operate globally with offices in most continents and have a true European presence covering all the major markets. They are currently in the process of expansion and are seeking a Manager focused on Quantitative Research to join the team and drive froward innovate Research projects across a broad range of therapy areas.

The team is very diverse fostering a collaborative and cross functional environment and are seeking an individual that can fit well within the team. As a Director in Research you will focus on projects on the qualitative side of Research with a focus area on Rare diseases, oncology and other speciality areas. You will take on leadership responsibilities and inevitably be a major part in expanding their talent portfolio.

Responsibilities; 

• Creates and drafts proposals 
• Lead project team to deliver on client requests 
• Understanding of client business issues 
• Day to day direct relationship with clients throughout the project 
• Designing Research Materials and updating tracking studies
• Project Management; Updating the client and project director, supervising each project validating the decisions. 
• Monitoring all day to day project activities 

Qualifications; 

• MSC or BSC in Biology, Statistics or Pharmacy 
• 4 years delivering research projects 
• Life sciences (IMPERATIVE)
• Excellent project management skills 
• Provider broader knowledge of industry standards and applies it to each project 
• Broad Therapeutic Areas
