Parexel has an excellent opportunity for a Principal Finance Business Partner to join our global team supporting business unit finance.The Principal Finance Business Partner plays a key role in ensuringfinancial accuracy while assisting business unit and/or global functional leaders to drive for results. The Principal Finance Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business leaders, Vice Presidents/Directors, to support the achievement of their operational and financial goals. This role requires the ability to review complex financial data (corporate-maintained) in order to provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis.

The Principal Finance Business Partner takes a leading role in the forecasting and budgeting processes for the business unit or functional area. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to accomplish objectives with very limited supervision, while providing guidance/mentoring to finance professionals early in their careers to resolve complex issues.

Experience in month-end close support or similar experiencesupporting a controlled accounting environment is highly preferable. Is a recognized expert within the finance organization and others, cross-functionallyQualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

Education & Experience

BA in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience required

Relevant and progressive Finance roles with strong analytical and partnering track record

Skills

Prioritizes, sets expectations and works in an efficient and disciplined manner

Thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment

Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint applications; experience with financial performance systems (e.g., Hyperion)

Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail

Interpersonal skills

Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
