Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Group Finance department on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting directly into the Head of Client Service (CST), you will be responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of passthrough costs against all projects to ensure cash is received within acceptable timescales to facilitate payment to associated vendors.
You will work closely with Project Accountants and Project Management to ensure that all costs are captured, recorded, and recovered quickly and accurately.

- Part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills - Pivot Tables, V-Lookups
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience working in Accounts Receivable
