Life Science - Senior Consultant

My client, a small but highly successful life science consulting firm based in London are seeking a senior consultant to play a key role in the delivery of consulting engagements providing insights and recommendations focused on R&D, Portfolio Strategy, organisation design and Corporate for biotech's and Pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Senior Consultants conduct research, write proposals, conduct business development and assist in strategy and final recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with colleagues to project manage all aspects of assigned consulting engagements including project execution activities such as work shop facilitation and complex analysis
• Oversee and guide work plan including managing of Primary and Secondary research, qualitative research and quantitative analysis i.e. forecasting and projections to obtain key insights and findings for clients
• Produce high quality client deliverables with minimal supervision and maintain client satisfaction through proactive client interaction and engagement
• Build therapeutic area expertise to apply during client engagements and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a life science, business or related field is required;
• 4 + years of relevant consulting or biopharma experience required
• Candidates will have experience in following service areas like pricing & market access, commercial strategy and new product planning.
• Demonstrated project management experience, strong communication and organisational skills
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical skills
