Clinical Affairs Specialist

Hobson Prior are looking for a Clinical Affairs Specialist to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation focused on providing better ventilation care to patients living with severe illnesses. In this challenging and interesting position, you will be part of the interdisciplinary clinical affairs team and will be located in Switzerland on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Your main tasks include scientific research, the creation and updating of clinical evaluation as well as the evaluation and preparation of the data on the use of our devices for post-market surveillance.
• Accountable to advise and support the responsible product and project managers regarding all clinical issues arising concerning our medical devices.

Requirements:

• You bring along practical experiences in executing clinical evaluations for complex medical devices and are confident in the field of regulatory requirements for medical devices (MDR, harmonized standards, etc.).
• A high degree of organizational talent, the ability to work in a team and result orientation are key competencies for this role.
• A good understanding of complex medical devices, experience in the evaluation of clinical data and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
• You are either a medical documentalist and/or have successfully completed a medical, scientific or technical degree.
• A strong command of English language, whereas German is a plus. Ideally, you have an additional knowledge in mechanical ventilation.
• You are comfortable with scientific work and medical writing, and used to work with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and EndNote.
