Director, Pricing Market Access

Market Access Director 

I am currently partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical Company actively recruiting across Europe. They have a strong pipeline of products that covers Oncology, CNS and Cardiovascular just to name a few. Over the course of the next 5 years they have 3 upcoming product launches confirmed as well as a couple others in the pipeline. They are seeking a motivated, hands on and collaborative leader in Market Access  to join the team directly reporting in the MD for the business unit and work on both the development of the pipeline and therapeutic portfolio as well as the talent of the organisation.  

As part of the senior leadership team you will be a key contributor to the success and development of their Market Access portfolio across UK, Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe providing senior business leadership to the Market Access function as a whole. 

Responsibilities; 

• Develop the companies talent pipeline within the MA team in order to create a team of future leaders
• Engage as part of the SLT to drive business forward 
• Develop and Ensure HEOR programmes support the strategies of the business. 
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate pricing, reimbursement and uptake. 
• Oversee Market place analysis and ensure it is being carried out. Develop threat assessments and analysis of the market.  
• Director manager to a team of 2 people. With the responsibility to build it out further
• Provide UK Market Access evaluations to support business development opportiunities.

Requirements; 

• Understanding of Market Access, HEOR and Pricing activities
• Minimum 7 years experience in Market Access
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business 
• Experience training and leading a team of people 
• Track record of successful NICE, SMC or AWMSG submissions 
• Diverse Market Access experience including public policy, commercialisation and Pricing. 
• Ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally across a business
