Role: Associate Director Clinical Operations (Small Biopharma)

Location: Home Based - Remote USA 

My client, a small established bio-pharmaceutical company are looking for an Associate Director Clinical Operations to join their team. They are a company with an approved product already out there and 4 studies in phase II and a strong pre-clinical / phase I pipeline coming through behind this.

This hire is very exciting as you will be leading a program of studies (rather than complete oversight) so we need someone who is more experienced in driving studies forwards - we could consider a strong Senior CPM / Program Manager who enjoys a small company working environment.

This is a chance to be part of a pivotal plan of the company's growth for this year. There is a great platform in place to drive these studies forwards - and these studies will be moving through quickly so looking for the right person with a flexible mindset. This will come with the chance to work on an approval which is great to be a part of in this space.

Role expectations and Requirements:

• Experience as Snr CPM / Associate Director ideally for 1+ Years
• 5+ Years as a Clinical Project Manager
• Any Ophthalmology experience would be great
• Experience in CRO is always nice
• Open to Therapeutic Positions apart from that
• Management of studies and people would be a bonus
• Experience of working in different environments, both small and large teams (Hands-On)
• Passion in driving clinical trials forward and working in this space
