Director of Quality & QP Netherlands - Drug Discovery and Development

I'm currently working with an exceptional team of drug discovery and development scientists committed to finding solutions for some of the most critical unmet medical needs based in the Netherlands. They're looking of a Director of Quality & QP Netherlands - Drug Discovery and Development

You’ll need:

Experience being a Qualified Person within the EU and Senior Quality Manager (or equivalent), previous involvement in management and ability to take responsibility for the Quality Management System. A thorough understanding of national and international laws, regulations and guidelines regarding Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) and/or Research and Development (R&D), involvement as a Lead Auditor with expertise in IT systems audits, experience releasing IMP's is preferable.

Skills and Experiences:

• 7-10 year experience in a QA role and QP responsibilities (at least 3 years QP experience)
• Experience within small and large molecules
• Some knowledge on IMP duties to be a backup
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Dutch speaking is preferable
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Assertive and team-oriented personality.
• Highly motivated, self-driven and dependable.
