Manager of Education

I am currently collaborating with a rapidly expanding international corporation with a team of 190 individuals globally and a reach across >60 countries.

We are assisting the expansion of their international education department and looking for a leader to manage and instruct through a variety of media on an international platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, review and approval all eLearning content and the eLearning suite content
• Designing and leading webinars and modules in collaboration with internal departments
• Managing, review and updating of content of current modules and learning content for internal and external users
• Designing and updating of internal training on the eLearning platform, including automated reports, report deviations and legal requirements
• Scheduling, set up and analysis of webinars and completed webinars with stakeholders in collaboration with internal departments

Requirements:

• Academic degree in healthcare or related comparable education, e.g. Nursing
• Hold a qualification as a trainer, with adult education preferred
• Experience in webinar platforms and articulate suites
• Strong communication skills and experience working in large teams
• Fluent spoken and written German and English, with command of an additional language preferred
