Job Details
I am currently working with an innovative medical device company to bring on board a new Commercial Director within their Ostomy care unit. The company is currently focusing on investing in the growth of this already highly profitable unit and this role will be instrumental in supporting this growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of our Ostomy Care business unit at national level.
- Support the VP OC Europe with strategical inputs from the country level
- Implementing local operational plans that are align with the broader global strategy.
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to maximise market opportunities and identify potential barriers.
- Development of strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to develop existing business and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Profit responsibility for the business area
- Line management of team
Requirements:
- Must have line management experience
- Good analytic skills are required
- Work with figures and analysis
- Must have Medical Device/FMCG (OTC) experience
- Fluent in English and German (no flexibility)
