We have an extremely attractive client-dedicated CRA II role available where we need someone based in the North of England. This is a highly REGIONAL role with sites exclusively in the North, mainly in Manchester, Leeds & Bradford. The absolute furthest you'd need to travel is Newcastle. Consequently we can consider candidates in any Northern location, including Newcastle.

The client for this role employs a Risk-Based monitoring strategy and there will be a mix of remote and onsite visits required. The expectation is that there will be 6 on-site visits per month, so lower than average for a CRA in the UK.

Therapy areas will include Rare Disease and Oncology so some extremely interesting and challenging studies to work on.

- CRAs on this account will have regular team calls and one to ones with their line manager

- There is an extremely positive culture through the client with regular team building initiatives in place

To qualify for this role you must have:

- Natural ability to build excellent relationships with site staff

- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on monitoring experience from the UK (acting as a CRA).
