Job Details

I am partnered with a global drug discovery and development organisation who are looking to expand in a number of areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scientist to lead within pharmacology.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of in vitro pharmacology group
  • Ensure effective prioritisation and efficient delivery of projects in line with quality, timelines and budgets
  • Undertake and oversee planning and supervision of projects
  • Support in budgeting, resource allocation and monitor costs
  • Management of a team of scientists supporting in performance management, development and training
  • Work closely with internal functions including Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK and Biology

Your Background:

  • PhD in a relevant subject
  • Extensive experience within preclinical/drug discovery studies
  • Experience leading/managing team
  • Strong in vitro experience
  • Fluent English
  • German language beneficial
