Job Details
I am partnered with a global drug discovery and development organisation who are looking to expand in a number of areas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scientist to lead within pharmacology.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of in vitro pharmacology group
- Ensure effective prioritisation and efficient delivery of projects in line with quality, timelines and budgets
- Undertake and oversee planning and supervision of projects
- Support in budgeting, resource allocation and monitor costs
- Management of a team of scientists supporting in performance management, development and training
- Work closely with internal functions including Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK and Biology
Your Background:
- PhD in a relevant subject
- Extensive experience within preclinical/drug discovery studies
- Experience leading/managing team
- Strong in vitro experience
- Fluent English
- German language beneficial
