My client is a large pharmaceutical business with a global reputation for being a market leader in their field. They have a robust product pipeline in multiple therapy areas including neurology, oncology and immunology and are continuing to develop a strong pipeline in other areas.

As a Senior Drug Safety Officer, you will utilise your broad safety experience to ensure that external and global Safety requirements are translated simply into the company's policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Local PV activity classification and oversight of PV contracts
- Vendor management/oversight
- Implementation of Risk Management Plans
- Management of Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) from all relevant sources
- Safety Oversight of Studies and Programs, including MAPs and EAMSs
- Ensure PV Quality

Experience Required:

- Minimum 4 years' experience working within Drug Safety/PV positions
- Strong understanding of global PV regulations
- Strong vendor management experience
- Ability to be Subject Matter Expert and Local Safety Representative in departmental and
client meetings
- Must be able to demonstrate key successes you have had in previous roles
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
