HTA Senior Manager - Pharma

Health Outcomes & HTA Manager

I am currently working with a global Pharmaceutical organisation recognised in multiple continents world wide. They have a really strong pipeline covering Oncology, Mental Health, Cardiovascular and Rare Diseases with a number of upcoming product launches in the next 5 years. They are currently seeking a HEOR & HTA specialist to join the team based in the UK and work on submissions for all of their upcoming product launches in order to get these launched into the UK, Ireland and Europe. 

Responsibilities; 

• Main Contributor to Market Access Strategy
• Accountable for HTA Submissions 
• Leads engagement of HTA Scientific advice and input from cross functional teams 
• Management of External of agencies involved in HTA Submissions 
  • Internal stakeholder management process for HTA submissions
  • Manages HTA readiness and execution by leading development and communication for HTA strategy linking with MA Team members to align on local impact
• Provide fundamental training to local teams 
• Generate new evidence to create and support national and local value propositions

Requirements; 

• Previous HTA experience –With NICE, SMC and NCPE
• Strong project management and management of external agencies
• Proven track record of delivering high quality outputs on time
• Understanding of the principles of the HTA systems in the UK and Ireland
• Previous anaemia, rare diseases and oncology experience
• Track record of timely and high quality HTA submissions
• Track record of timely and high quality HTA submissions
