Here at Syneos Health we are currently seeking applications from ambitious individuals who are looking to take their corporate career to the next level. Working office-based from our EMEA HQ in Farnborough we are looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting professional to join our on team, carrying out full life-cycle recruitment for our internal CRO and external staffing business in the UK and wider EMEA region.

Some of your duties will include:

Proactively seek clinical research professionals from all available sources (Internet, advertising, databases, networking events and internet postings
Take vacancy briefs from our Pharma client hiring managers and internal manager and manage communication through the recruitment process
Seek referrals from existing consultants and candidates
Maintain consistent contact with candidates regarding job openings
Seek out contact with subcontractors and other recruiting sources "hard to fill" job orders interview candidates through telephone interviews
Qualify candidates using available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources
Prepare and write candidate summary and revise/finalize resume for client submittal
Document and track screening activity in consultant database
Collect required documentation for client screening (Visa info and background check,)
Provide candidate follow up for client submittals and current market status
Coordinate interviews with candidates
Deliver and negotiating offers with candidatesWe are seeking applications from individuals with a good level of academic achievement (such as a degree). You will also need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English to a high level and ideally come with additional languages (Prefererably French). A good standard of IT literacy will be essential and some knowledge of social media in the workplace would be an advantage. Previous experience in clinical recruitment would be ideal but is not essential. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately is required.
