We have an exciting opportunity available as a Medical Director within a Pharmaceutical company with a strong R&D and Commercial pipeline in Psychiatry and CNS. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to further develop their career in Clinical Development collaborating with diverse internal departments covering a diverse exciting pipeline.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Clinical Development activities for all CNS therapies within the broad company pipeline providing medical oversight

Representing the CNS therapeutic area within international cross functional teams taking responsibility for Clinical Development

Medical leadership throughout regulatory meetings whilst contributing to submission strategy, dossiers and safety issues

Budgetary oversight

Publication review and approval

Oversight and supportive contact with external experts, advisory boards, adjudication committees and safety data monitoring boards

Requirements

Medical Doctor

Clinical Trial / Clinical Development expertise

Experience and/or knowledge of the Psychiatry arena. Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Dementia

Ability and enjoyment of interacting with multiple cross functions and external contacts
