WHO we are looking for:

An experienced scientific leader with strong communication & influencing skills to take the role as head of Statistical Science offering a true global reach.

This opportunity is permanent position to be in either Stockholm or Geneva.

The successor will provide statistical, scientific, and strategic support to the clinical and regulatory strategies within projects throughout drug development, post-marketing, and life-cycle management, you will lead and develop the team as well as providing mentoring, support and professional development to individual members of the team.

What do YOU need: 

- MSc or PhD in Mathematical statistics, statistics or equivalent. 

-10+ years of experience working as a statistician in the pharmaceutical industry, at a health authority or a CRO.

- 7+ years’ experience in an industry Leadership role.

- Experience with phase II-III and post marketing.

- Global experience with requisition submissions and meetings with FDA and EMA.  

-You will need to have high level, strategic approach & vision.

-Familiarity with SAS , SDTM and ADaM (CDISC would be advantageous.) 

- Experience with complex trials, ideally in Rare Disease

- People Management experience , team size around 6-7 people.
