Job Details
On behalf of my client, a company specialising in the development and registration of plant protection products, we are now looking to fill a new vacancy for a Regulatory Affairs Team Lead.
You will lead and mentor a team of regulatory affairs executives to complete the following activities to agreed deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of regulatory documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with requirements, while ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved.
Submission to relevant regulatory authorities to obtain product authorisations for product portfolio.
Ensuring that further information requests are responded to in a timely manner.
Provide updates on changes to regulatory guidance or legislation to the R&D team.
Develop, in partnership with project management, project plans and budgets.
Maintaining regulatory compliance for relevant products in the portfolio.
Development, support, and training of the Regulatory Affairs team to meet the authorization and compliance needs of a fast-growing R&D company.
The Regulatory Affairs team are responsible for obtaining and maintaining product registrations for products, based on exacting regulatory requirements. Currently working across EU markets, success comes in the form of achieving and retaining the authorisation of LSL products, through a variety of documentation.
These roles will be a fundamental part of our R&D team, and the successful candidates will be responsible for key deliverables, fundamental to the company’s long-term strategies in European and global markets. Qualifications & Experience:
3rd level science qualification in relevant discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within an industrial setting
Ability to present clear and concise written arguments to support a specific regulatory or scientific position on a topic
Strong communication and organisational skills are key, as well as attention to detail and the focus to get the job done in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. This is a technically demanding, but very rewarding role for scientists looking to forge a career in a cutting-edge crop protection company.
Proficiency in an EU language (French/German/Spanish/Italian) would be an advantage
