Program Lead (FTC)

I am partnered with an exciting biotech who are rapidly expanding within R&D. Backed by some of the leading life science/biotech venture capital groups they are developing novel therapeutics for treatment of severe disease for those with limited treatment options.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring lead programmes are successfully progressed through preclinical, CMC, CTA and into the clinic
• Cross-functional collaborations to ensure overall delivery of preclinical programme progression into the clinic
• Prepare for, manage and mitigate risks
• Liaise closely with your team and senior leadership communicating progress, milestone tracking, potential risks and contingencies in place
• Planning and prep of CTA and IND submission packages

Your Background:

• Strong industry experience in pharma/biotech
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
• Experience designing studies in either preclinical, clinical and/or translational phases
• Experience collaborating with different teams and functions such as regulatory and CMC
