Job Details

Our client is a family-ran pharma company with a focus on innovative pharmaceuticals for children and difficult-to-treat infections. They are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join them at their site in the Darmstadt area. This is a challenging and varied role, within a growing business. There is home office flexibility as long as there is readiness to be on site, with a crèche on site for those with small families.

  • Independent support of preparation groups in all questions relevant to approval in terms of quality, effectiveness and safety through close cooperation in-house and with external partners
  • Preparation and implementation of national and international approval procedures
  • Lifecycle Management of approved products - variations and renewals
  • Creation and maintenance of approval dossiers in eCTD format
  • Cross-departmental cooperation within the framework of the approval of new CMOs

  • A completed study in a life sciences field
  • 5+ years of experience (Can be more senior) in the field of regulatory affairs, especially in the support of national approvals in the EU, MRP / DCP
  • Fluency in English AND German
  • Strong, hands-on personality, able to be proactive in an adaptive family ran business
