Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting for a Senior Clinical Research Associate for one of our sponsors in Czech Republic. This is an excellent permanent opportunity where one can develop their skill set further and work on exciting clinical studies.
Your main responsibilities:
Ensure that clinical studies are conducted at investigator sites in compliance with the current approved protocol and any protocol amendment/-s, GCP, SOPs and applicable country laws and regulatory requirements.
Secure that the reported study data is accurate, complete, and verifiable from source documents.
Be responsible for site monitoring including completion and delivery of all activities required to ensure high quality set up, execution and completion of studies to agreed timelines and budget.
Be in charge of reporting the study progress and all issues related to the studies.
Manage effectively multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will need the following experience / skills to be considered:
Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education
Min. 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
Oncology experience will be preferred
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
Experience with the local submissions will be an asset
Fluency in English and Czech language
Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
