SALES MANAGER
Pharmaceutical capital equipment and services

Due to demand and planned growth we are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland to deliver the full range of products and services from within the group of companies. The role of the Sales Manager will have a growth opportunity further down the line to move to a Sales Director position.

This is a Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland group company comprising of three operational companies:
1. A UK, France and Irish distributor carrying out sales, planned maintenance, breakdown, qualification , spare parts supply for freeze dryers, rotary evaporators, homogenisers, Sepiatec fractional separation and SFC equipment and KC powder fillers. One the worlds largest providers of process development services in freeze drying and other stabilisation technologies.
2. The UK's largest independent provider of airflow equipment used in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and precision engineering sectors in both commercial and academic contexts.
3. A UK manufacturer of carbon filters for all applications and manufacturer of pharmaceutical airflow handling equipment and a manufacturer of "white label" filters for other appliances.

The Group company was formed to consolidate the Group presence in both Republic of Ireland and Ulster and currently employs four engineers, one salesperson and an office manager to deliver all of the products and services set out above. The Group presence in the Republic and Ulster comprises over 1000 active customers and has two offices in Ballycoolin and Roscrea.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Expected activities:
a) Promoting, developing and closing sales for the BPSC airflow product range as set out above
b) Promoting, developing and closing sales for the BPS range of laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment as set out above
c) Promoting, developing and closing sales for the ACF filter range as above
d) Developing business plans on a rolling 3 year basis for BPSC
e) Staging promotional events for product ranges is (a) and (b) above
f) In conjunction with Group Marketing Manager agreeing an annual timetable of promotional and marketing activities
g) To maintain full CRM and prospect records
h) To report to the Board and group board on sales pipeline and achievements
i) To liaise with principals as necessary
j) To assist in debt recovery from customers
k) To liaise with Fleet or Winchester technical experts to resolve customer queries
