Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a SAS Programmer to join our Biometrics department in Hungary.
You will be responsible for providing SAS programming support within the Data Management group, including extracting data from a database and converting into SAS datasets, programming validation checks, SAS reports and listings, while following the clinical study's protocol.
You will act as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for all programming activities for allocated studies.

Essential:
- Previous experience of programming within the pharmaceutical industry or a clinical research organisation
- Experience of SAS programming
- Experience of debugging SAS programs
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Desirable:
- A degree or equivalent in any science/maths subject
- Experience in a Lead Programmer role
- Experience of Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM)
- Experience of SAS Macros
- Experience of working on oncology and rare disease clinical trials
- Previous experience of training and mentoring junior colleagues
