The position

Skilled consultant and representative for clients and candidates. Consults with clients about execution of operational, positions. Focus on fulfilment of assignments and continuance of repeated business. Proactively develops and sustains a network of candidates and dedicated clients. Knows where to find, attract and how to sell candidates. Works under supervision of the Team Manager and within internal guidelines. Freedom to plan own activities based on defined end-results.

Your responsibilities & tasks:
  • Take a full and comprehensive job order according to the internal Sourcing Smart Card.
  • Establish a project plan and set timelines for the dedicated assignment, in line with client requirements and in consultation with the Team Manager.
  • Identify, search and select candidates, by searching the databases, gathering names from own network and assess candidates by interviewing, in line with characteristics as defined in the Sourcing Smart Card, in order to make the best match between the candidate, the job and the client.
  • Introduce the candidates to client, arrange interviews, keep candidates and clients up to date about the process and outcomes.
  • Coordinate the process of offering and negotiating between candidates and clients, as well as coach the candidate through the resignation process, in line with legal requirements, aimed at securing the placement.
  • Give guidance to candidate and client before and during the placement, evaluate the services the services provided and keep in contact with candidate and client, in order to contribute to the satisfaction of and successful cooperation between client and candidate.
  • Document all relevant market, client, candidate and contract data in JobAdder, in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements, in such way that relevant information is correct and available at all times.

You have a higher Vocational or Academic working and thinking level. We don’t expect a specific educational background, but we look for a personality with a passion to work with people in different stages and levels. Your English, spoken and written is close to perfect.

Personal skills & competencies
To succeed in the role of Recruitment Consultant you will have excellent communication skills. Previous search skills will be utilised in this role. You will need to be able to cope with pressure and have good organisational and administrative skills. You must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry would be a distinct advantage.
