TalentSource Life Sciences, the division of CROMSOURCE dedicated to flexible staffing solutions, is currently searching for experienced freelance Records Manager in Germany to work with one of our partner Pharmaceutical companies, on a full time basis initially for six months.

As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with strong site management skills and the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client counter-parts.

  • To provide oversight of the CTA team with respect to the filing backlogs
  • Perform and coordinate quality control checks of the TMF
  • Maintain and keep up to date with regulatory changes
  • Assist with Records Management and Archiving
  • Ensure study timelines and milestones are being adhered to
  • Assist with Audits and inspections if required

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
  • BSc in Life Sciences or other related area
  • Proven experience working in a leadership or senior function, in addition to significant experience working with TMF in a pharmaceutical or CRO company.

Experience & Skills:
  • Good knowledge of GCP standards
  • Team player with high social competence and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • A high senses of responsibility and structured thinking
