An outstanding opportunity at a progressive and exciting Global company with the opportunity to work at the front line of social impact. Our client is looking for a Social Impact Analyst with Measurement Analysis experience, to develop and implement strategy to track, measure and report across all social impact investment globally.

Role Summary
Lead on the development, enhancement and improvement of our measurement offering so that we stand out as best in class
Create a consistent approach in terms of agreeing KPIs, measurement frameworks and third-party evaluation
Manage the data collection, measurement and production leading to the reporting of all social impact investment globally
Ensure that all partners are providing measurement data through RBs measurement dashboard in a timely fashion
Provide insightful analysis of our measurement data to demonstrate how we link our purpose through our social impact partners
Identify and manage relationships with suitable measurement external agencies organisations to ensure we have the best partners in place and we drive that relationship to get maximum benefit from the partnership

Experience required
Experience with Measurement Analytics, preferably within social impact, is essential to this role
A highly analytical mindset, proven experience reporting on large data sets to senior stakeholders
An excellent communicator, with experience producing communications internally and externally to show the effects of impact schemes and projects
A passionate and energetic professional who can figure out on-the-job
