As a Project Manager within our integrated Medical Imaging Solutions team at ICON, you will work cross functionally to deliver projects acting as the primary client contact. We pride ourselves on our amazing company culture, where we work as one team to achieve industry-leading results

As Project Manager, Medical Imaging;
  • Act as the primary client contact and provide communication to clinical sites/site monitors.
  • Present at Investigator Meetings, Kick-Off Meetings, Client meetings and Internal Meetings.
  • Delivery of projects in accordance with the contract, timelines and study budget Identification and review of change orders for the budget
  • Develop project specific Imaging and Procedure Manuals, maintaining project reports, and for monitoring offsite assessments/blinded reads.
  • Co-Development Imaging Database Project Set-up
  • Management of imaging eCRF development process. User Acceptance Training and demonstration of imaging eCRF
  • Prepare and approve Project Reports
  • Ensure all management/ tracking systems are up to date

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree
  • Project Management or equivalent (PMI certification) or advanced medical degree is highly desired
  • A minimum of 3 years of full service project management or clinical research consulting experience
  • Medical Imaging indications is recommended.
  • Strong drug development knowledge is required
  • Availability to travel up to 30% as needed.
