As a result of our continued growth, Vifor Pharma is now looking for a Multichannel Engagement Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. In this newly created role, the goal is to provide an exceptional and seamless customer experience,  providing information on Vifor's products and relevant disease areas to meet our customer's needs and preferences. You will report to the Country Manager and you will ensure to report the progress of key projects to the cross functional and leadership team. 

 

This is a truly unique opportunity to play a key role in the expansion and transformation of Vifor Pharma. Your tasks and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Co-develop the multichannel strategy within the cross functional brand plans
  • Integration of multichannel deliverables with a focus on content and channel mix including the use of CRM systems
  • Increase our points of contacts with customers
  • Seek in depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand and support their needs
  • Set clear goals and KPI’s in order to support the Vifor Pharma Business, based on the Marketing Excellence principles: Where to Play, How to Win and How to Improve
  • Takes responsibility and ownership in actively proposing, defining, implementing and optimizing multichannel campaigns
  • Support Customer Value Managers in optimizing use of content and channels
  • Actively involves in-and external stakeholders to create awareness and alignment in the execution of multichannel campaigns
  • Collaboration with Marketing in setting up co creation initiatives to generate valuable channel concepts
  • Provides external multichannel best practices to engage and further develop the Vifor Pharma digital capabilities

 

 

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant education on Bachelor’s/Master’s level
  • At least 2 years relevant hands on multichannel experience, preferably in Pharma
  • Experienced and proven track record in developing and implementing a multichannel strategy with focus on customer journeys
  • Proven people, project and change management skills
  • Able to translate concepts, strategy into tactics and execution
  • Love metrics/KPI’s
  • Very sound knowledge of CRM systems

 

Preferred Requirements

  • 3-4 years Pharma experience with a proven track record in multichannel implementation
