Main Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Systems Group partnering with our Laboratories Services department. This role will be based in Merthy Tydfil.
You will partner with a pre-defined business area of Simbec-Orion to work with our business and clinical users to drive Business Transformation by understanding the key business deliverables and what dependencies exist with other departments and the defined key inputs and outputs. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and prioritise the processes, which will return the greatest increase to productivity.
You will also identify and document all improvement requirements and manage the pre-project process and, after selecting and implementing the solution, will be involved in the Change Management associated with the business.

- Bachelors degree in a subject that demonstrates "logical" and "analytical" thinking
- Previous experience working as a business analyst
- Previous experience in Computer System Validation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ablility to create documentation for a variety of audiences
Desirable:
- Previous experience of managing a project from inception to operation
- Previous experience of working within a Business Analyst Role within a Clinical Research Organisation or Pharmaceutical Company
