Salary range:                  £48k - £55k

Albion Rye Associates are proud to continue working with a superb, independent brand-comms agency who are growing out their client services team. I am therefore looking for an experienced healthcare advertising professional to join their lovely team at Account Director level. You will ideally have a strong healthcare advertising background and able to work on a range of busy accounts, maintaining client contact and overall responsibility for the strategic development of your accounts.

The role of Account Director involves working across a range of accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with the strategic imperative, matching the requirements of your clients. You will play a vital role in the agency, liaising with senior client personnel across a range of functions, having the confidence and proactivity when dealing with clients and use your initiative. You will also take responsibility for managing new business and organic growth proposals, as well as overseeing all account staff and the line management of those in more junior roles.

You would be working with a range of pharma clients and across a variety of therapy areas including CNS, Fertility, Endocrinology, Immunodiagnostics and Respiratory. Although this is a creative agency, it is preferred that you have a science degree/background. Alternatively, several years of healthcare agency experience.
