Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will join our team in rolling out Optim all Inventory to our customers in the UK.

Optimall Inventory is the new cloud-based inventory management and integrated purchase ordering system from Roche Diagnostics. The system ensures full supply chain visibility, enhanced reporting insights and improved use of assets ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

You will work with a mix of existing customers transitioning from our previous inventory management system and new customers moving to inventory management for the first time. You will prepare the required data and hardware and then visit the customer onsite to install the system and complete full training for the customer.

You will provide ongoing support to the customer to ensure they get maximum benefit from Optimall Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the implementations/migrations at customer sites
  • Set up master data relevant to customer in Optimall Inventory
  • Deliver comprehensive training to customers
  • Provide support and advise on best practice
  • Provide ongoing customer support for Optim all Inventory

Who you are:

Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified in a technical/scientific field
  • Experience within the science or technology industries
  • Experience of NHS processes from a laboratory, hospital or procurement perspective
  • An interest in IT systems/applications
