Director/ Senior Director- Reimbursement and Policy Analytics

Actively seeking a reimbursement and policy analytics professional with 7-8 years of US health policy experience to join a global consultancy as a Director or Senior Director. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and reviewing quantitative policy analyses including; 
  • Claims data analysis 
  • Medicare payment system analyses
  • Budget score models 
• Prioritize issues that influence client's ability to operate effectively 
• Monitor policy strategies and initiatives that address key issues in healthcare environments 
• Manage company's data repository 
• Preform interviews and contribute to various publications 

Requires: 

• 7-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ life science industry focused on health policy and or reimbursement 
• STRONG understanding of datasets that exist (i.e. Truven, MarketScan, IQVIA, Optum, Medicare, Medicaid, etc,) in the healthcare environment with the ability to understand and apply data to policy related research questions 
• Experience in coverage, coding, and payment across commercial payers, public payers, drug distribution and specialty pharmacy, and patient support services 
• Ability to identify useful data, analyse it, and create a story supporting client questions
