Chief Medical Officer - Clinical Design - Autoimmune disease

Do you enjoy working in small companies, working on multiple therapeutic areas? Experienced in Clinical Development?

My client is a small Biotech company going through Clinical stages with multiple products. They are working with Autoimmune diseases, and have multiple products in the pipeline. They are very busy, and are looking for a Chief Medical Officer to design the Clinical Trials.

As the Chief Medical Officer you will be working on the Clinical Development, and designing the trials. You will be the link between clinical and Scientific department, to ensure optimal results and progress.
You will be the main point of contact for the CRO's and be the face to the medical community.

The company works mostly remote, and as such you can be located anywhere in the EU, as long as you can travel on a monthly basis to the Scandinavian office. You will also be required to travel internationally to conferences, to represent the company.

As the company is a small company, they are looking for a candidate who thrives in small teams with broad responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Bridge between Scientific department and Medical community
- Be the Medical face of the company
- Design the Clinical trials, and manage their strategy
- Be the point of contact for CRO's during clinical stages

About you:

You are a hungry and resourceful individual, whom enjoys a versatile working day. You enjoy being part of projects from early stages, and take pride and ownership in seeing the progression.
- Extensive experience with Clinical Development
- Skilled in clinical trials, and communicating with CRO's
- You will have a PhD and MD
- 5+ years experience working as an MD
- 5+ years in a pharmaceutical/biotech company working on clinical design
- Worked with immunology and infectious-diseases
