The IxRS and Medication Manager is responsible and accountable for the IxR System used on clinical studies in development phases I to IV.
Operating as part of the extended global study team, you will work cross functionally and be responsible for ensuring the correct supply, distribution and storage of study medication and clinical supplies for patients by implementing optimal IxRS supply strategies. In addition, you will oversee the expiry date tracking of study medication at the study level and provide guidance and training to study teams, monitors and and site personnel on the handling of study medication and the IXR systems whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant SOP’s, GMP, CCP and ICH guidelines.
You will also lead the Interactive Voice/Web Recognition System (IxRS) cross-functional sub-team, who has the responsibility for the setup and maintenance of the IxRS System.

- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Health Sciences
- Experience working with Global teams an advantage
- Experience in Clinical Research and Drug Development
- Knowledge in setting up Interactive Voice/Web Recognition Systems (IxRS)
- Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
